Great location near metro station, excellent view & well equipped apartment.

The dishes weren’t all clean but we washed them before we used them.

The location; nice views of old town and sea, as well as the closeness to shopping center and public transportation.

Location and view

All facilities in apartment are good. Lovely view and very welcoming. Location is superb and easy to locate. Instructions are clear. Just as shown on the photos. What’s not shown is the helpful and friendly host behind the scene 😀

Sofa bed a bit less comfortable. Washer moves while washing and we had to keep pushing it back in place during the spin.

The location of the apartment is convenient. Amenities around the apartment is sufficient.

Nothing much. Just that the entrance was a little hard to find.

All in all it was a great stay. Conveniently close to the metro station. The apartment is nice, clean, spacious and fairly functional. We used it for a stay during a multi day event, so we were mostly out of the apartment and did not stay there for too long. Probably would stay again under the same circumstances.

I would not say that there is something that we did not like particularly, so it is rather suggestions for the hosts. It would be nice to have normal size coffee mugs ;-). Also the arrival info could come a bit earlier, I was a tad worried before the departure. The arrival instructions could be clearer. As I have been in the area before I did my own research about how to exit from the metro via the Redi shopping centre to get to the apartment (pro tip - the exit next to Tokmanni is the best). Also we had a bit of trouble figuring out how the key works, I did not realize that the key itself functions as a proxy key. At some point we got very unreadable instructions in the form of photos from A4 instructions in the plastic sleeves, this was very confusing and not readable on phone as text on photos does not wrap. The access code works only for 4 hours AFTER the arrival time, so you have to be very sure when you arrive.

It was a clean, well laid out apartment with a great view over the city.it was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Very fast helpful communication from customer service.

it was really hard to access the lower car parks where you can stay overnight, both by car and on foot. The apartment being beside a shopping centre appears close to transport connections in that the metro and buses run straight through the shopping centre! But actually getting to the bus stop (for example) and picking the right lifts and the correct exits isn’t straightforward at all so we did a lot of walking in a small area. This aspect should be no problem once you get to know the area. I’d advise leaving your luggage in the car, finding the apartment and then going back for your bags.
