Muy lejos de la playa. Demasiados niños para la piscina.

- The rooms were well maintained and clean. - All the staff were always smiling. - The drinks were good for a 4 star hotel. The drinks served at the table during dinner were always good. - Breakfast, lunch and dinner options were sufficient and delicious. - The beach was very close and the sea was very clear.

- The hotel was very crowded and the pool was too small for the hotel's capacity.

The kids had a great time with the activities and the adult entertainment was great also.

Nice atmosphere. Quite a variety of food, there is always something new every day. Clean, fresh towels every day. Not far from the sea, there is enough space for everyone by the pool. Overall, I really liked it, it is an ideal hotel for a holiday with children.

I liked everything, the price corresponds to the quality. Sometimes only in the restaurant there were no croissants for breakfast, but there were enough other breads and rolls. We rested on the program: "all inclusive", and in our mini bar there were only 2 small bottles of water. There was not enough water. For lunch and dinner they gave a whole jug and it was good, but for breakfast and by the pool - the water had a taste of chlorine. It is also a pity that the sauna was closed.

WiFi Speed Relatively close to Sa Coma Beach.

Receptionists, apart on a blonde english lady, quite rude and unhelpful. Food average, same breakfast everyday. And for dinner, again, average without too much variety. On the 2nd floor hallway, the carpet was not hoovered for the 5 days we stayed there. We haven't seen a single hoover in the whole hotel. It was disgusting walking on the carpet in the hallways. Elevators quote dodgy as well, to go up and down with them. On the 3rd night there, there was a massive power cut. Power went on and off for hours. On another day there were unannounced works at the pool. Ultimately too expensive for what it offers. Loss of enjoyment all along our trip because of the facilities.

It was very new and clean. It felt really modern.

The food wasn’t great.

My first impression of this hotel was a good one. Very clean all the staff are friendly. We stayed all inclusive and the food was lovely. Mini bar in your room was restocked everyday with water coke Fanta etc.

Hotel is very clean. Balcony was private and spacious. Nice breakfast.

Coffee served with breakfast was really bad.
