heating could be better , especially first day when we arrived some radiators where closed so was litle bit cold .

Apartment is very modern and it is fully equipped with everything you require. Correspondence was excellent which ensured everything from check in to departure ran smoothly.

The apartment was very modern, clean and had all the facilities required for a short stay over the festive period. The apartment was very quiet with little to no road noise and during our time there we did not hear any of the residents staying in the apartment block.

Although the property was booked for 4xAdults and a 10 month old child, the constant trekking up and down the stairs was really unsatisfactory. Having a pram, child and all that goes with it obviously up and down the amount of stairs we did find VERY difficult. Also checking out having no area on site to store our bags, cases etc meant dragging them around whilst we waited for our train times to return home. Would be better having a lock up area on site for case storage.

The property was ideally located for our stay, just 20 minutes from the airport by bus and a short walk from the Old Town and castle. It was also conveniently close to the rugby stadium, which made attending the match a breeze. The apartment itself was fantastic, offering all the amenities we needed. It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of six. The surrounding area was vibrant, with plenty of shops, pubs, and coffee spots to explore.

We had an issue with the Internet as the Wifi stated in the guide was not actually available or showing. Also as a family of 6 we would have preferred there to be more drinking glasses, we only had two which was a slight inconvenience as we had to drink from wine glasses.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable, clean and homey. We loved the little snacks left for us and we were well stocked with coffee and tea for our stay. The welcome manual was helpful and all instructions were clear to follow - very appreciated. The bathroom had heated floors, which was awesome. Everything was well laid out. Definitely great value for the money.

Nice apartment with plenty of space.

The noise from trams in living room was really loud which made it difficult to sleep at night on the fold-out sofa. Either the windows should be improved to reduce noise, or market it as a 4 person apartment instead of 6 person. The mattress in one bedroom was poor, way too soft and it leans to one side, occupant felt like they were going to roll out of bed. If the noise issue and bed issue didn't exist, I'd rate this apartment as 9/10 because there is a lot to like about it.

The appartment is big, well decorated and fully equipped. Very comfortable for a few days stay to discover Edinburgh. It is only a 20min by walk to the castle area and located in a very nice neighbourhood, close to Haymarket. I will recommend.

They provided clear instructions for the check in but the communication was sometimes slow, as apparently they didn't receive the messages we were sending via Booking. The cot provided for the baby smelled musty.

Close to haymarket train station and west end tram. Tram can directly link to Edinburgh airport. Place is clean and spacious but you are expected to carry your luggages 2 floors up as there is no lift. Comes with towels and complimentary coffee capsules
