Location

Was not told it was on forth floor with no lift. And was not informed about low emission charge for car on the street when dropping of bags, fined over £100 for dropping of bags and picking up at end of stay.

4th floor. No lifts - so had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs

The location of the building was in city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the facilities provided inside the suite were upto the mark.

The beds were smaller and there were no other ways to take our luggage upto the 3rd floor.
