Nice, clean, comfortable, well equipped chalet. Easy located on arrival and good close parking.

Facilities on park were poor. Lovely pool but entertainment area could have been better. Arcade area dated and pool cues had no proper ends.

Good base to visit local attractions. Site facilities were good. Easy to find.

Friendly owners. Easy access by key lock Clean and comfy. Great linen pillows and towels. Everything needed for cooking and crockery suitable for children and adults. Good shower. Neat and tidy and surprisingly spacious. And all requirements catered for.

Single bed has sharp corner as you leave the bedroom.

NO EASY BREAKFAST FACILITIES BUT GREAT FACILITIES WITHIN THE PROPERTY. The property met all our expectations and served as a very comfortable break It was quiet and private with close parking.

The facilities of the park where very limited and nothing was available early morning. The King Arthur although friendly and comfortable offered nothing before 4pm This meant you walked into town which was no more than a quaint village.

Our hosts were very attentive and communication was easy - there was even milk waiting for us in the fridge, and a desk chair and table had been provided as we had to get a bit of work done while staying. The area is great to explore, especially the beaches at Bude, and the leisure centre swimming pool just a 2-minute walk away was a bonus.

The property was so unhygienic, filthy bathroom with urine stained toilet, rusty accessories and a filthy shower curtain, heaters throughout were filthy, vent in kitchen was blocked, heater hanging off wall in lounge and paper hanging off wall/ceilings. spent the evening looking for alternative accommodation, was not fit fir a dog never mind humans. I would upload more photos if I could but it only allows me to add a few, would appreciate a refund

Clean and tidy property, everything as described. Easy access, without any time constraint. We arraived a bit late but knew no one is waiting so doesn't really matter. The lock box was easily accessible. Host has kindly provided exact location which was extremely helpful as Google maps wasn't that great. A+++ for the host and property. Higly recommended

It was very hot in summer, therefore a fan might be helpful for summer months. Secondly the curtains should have blinds to help in the morning and reduce sunlight.
