Beds were comfortable

Sofa wasn’t very clean ran out of elec as soon as I arrived had to wait over an hour for elec covered in sand kids weren’t pleased didn’t get told till after I booked and paid that all facilities were shut down only booked it due to staying 2 years ago and had a lovely time at the pool and clubhouse but after paying £165 for 1 night I was not happy at all should be offered a refund

Very convenient for our purpose. Clean... Good hot shower. Plenty towels.

Power ran out, but owners came and topped up.

Pleasant location & lovely Manor House where you can eat & get a drink with lovely staff.

Property poor ceiling Boeing, must damp smell needs updating & renovating compared to a lot of the other chalets on the site.

The location.

The bed needs a new mattress, I could feel the springs. The light bulb in the front room didn't work, the bedroom door was hanging off and the front door was hard to open and close. A handyman came to fix the bedroom door while we were there.
