our apartment was very clean, modern and update. it had everything you needed, couldn’t of been better.

there’s nothing we didn’t like or that we thought needed improvement

I received notice 4 hours prior to check in that the stay was cancelled due to the previous tenants causing damage. This caused a significant increase in our time here as we had to scramble to get another place. Insult to injury - I received check out instructions for the place that was cancelled!!

Im Prinzip ganz gut. Die Wohnung selbst ist relativ chic. Türmechanismus an der Balkontür ist very british und entbehrt jeglicher Logik! Deswegen vermutlich durch Frust bereits beschädigt.

Das auffinden des Schlüsseltresors gleicht einer Suche nach der Stecknadel im Heuhaufen! Markierung kaum lesbar… Die Schlösser klemmen, Wohnungstür ebenso. Die ganze Bauausführung ist kompletter Kernschrott. Ein wunder, dass die Hütte durch Setzungen nicht schon kollabiert ist!

When arrived would have liked a wee carton of milk and a wee biscuit

Both lifts broke and out of service for one day. Window to balcony faulty and would not be fully fixed until after our stay. Meaning no access to balcony. Many of the door fixings loose. Plug faulty in bath meaning water would drain out making it not really possible to have a bath. Radiator cover broken in one bedroom. Markings completely worn off oven dial so could not set temperature and cook meals. Gave up reporting problems at a certain point because needed to get on with trip.

Era muy espacioso y cómodo para 6 personas. La cocina muy útil y la mesa de centro del salón la usamos mucho. Un puntazo que tuviese TV con plataformas. Muy cómodo el parking dentro del edificio.

Las camas se hundían en el centro y era molesto en la noche. La limpieza de la ropa de cama era mejorable. Había poco papel higiénico disponible para 6 personas. Hubiéramos agradecido hacer el check out un poco más tarde o que se nos permitiese dejar el equipaje o el coche unas horas más antes de marcharnos de la ciudad sin pagar un suplemento excesivamente alto como nos ofrecieron.

La posizione era buona rispetto al centro e l'appartamento era molto carino e ben arredato.

Il check-in è stato complicato, avevo pagato per un early check-in di mezzora, ma una volta arrivati le chiavi non erano disponibili e abbiamo dovuto attendere che le pulizie fossero terminate. Una finestra dell'appartamento era rotta e non si poteva chiudere.

Hubo una opción de poder entrar un poco antes al apartamento, gracias a la rapidez en contestar del manager. Ubicación, limpieza y comodidad de 10.
