The beds were exceptional

Excellent location, easy to find and having secure parking was a real bonus for us, we could just park & forget. The flat was very clean, as was the whole building. Very comfortable beds & towels, full kitchen with everything that you would need. Professional touch providing toileteries, tabs for dishwasher/washing machine as well as quantity of tea/coffee/milk. Easy self-check in/out, great communication with Luxus was easy and the online information provided, including the short videos showing what to do & where to go were very helpful. Quiet at night despite city centre location. Having 2 showers was great for 4 adults. It was perfect for our 2 night stay, would definitely come back & stay for longer. It was so close to the centre, City Hall only about 15 minutes walk. Plenty of eating/drinking loations within a short distance. Really liked the Crown, oldest pub in Belfast. Great Guinness! City bus tour defintiely worth it as was the Titanic Experience. The botanic gardens were lovely and the Queen's University building next to them is stunning.

Not sure there was much to be negative about. Other reviews did mention the deposit system, but it was fairly slick.

Owner was very nice , Location , view from windows, rooms ventilated and kitchen was stacked

Whole Floor was tweaking and balcony was under maintenance

There were no kitchen hand or paper towels. Veranda doors were still d locked. No welcome pack. Dishes still in the dishwasher on arrival. No check up message to check we were in the property and all was good.

The apartment is modern, very clean and comfortable, location is very good. Private parking underground carpark.

Balcony was off bounds due to maintenance.

Excellent location, clear and east instructions upon arrival. Good value for money and perfect for our needs

Main bedroom mattress was very soft

Fab location lovely well maintained block minutes from bars restaurants Well furnished a home from home Patio door to balcony wasn’t working did report it but wasn’t fixed before we left so a bit disappointed but would return
