Great location! Apartment was secure, clean and modern

The flat itself was great and we didn't have any issues. Location is great for getting around Belfast. Beds are comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were all as you'd expect in a high quality flat. Very handy to have a parking space in the city centre as well.

The lock box situation is a little confusing because there are so many of them on the outside of the building. I don't think there's much more the host could do short of meeting you there and showing exactly which box it is.

The space in the apartment and the fact that it was central and clean. Secured parking included.

I had to pay to get a cot for my baby but this was furnish without any bed sheet and I never got any response to my message in this regards. There is no coffee machine. The mattress in the small bedroom is warn up with a gap in the middle so probably fine for someone alone but not for 2. For the price, the above was quite disapointing.

Very accessible to central Belfast. Very comfortable. Good furniture and fittings. Good value for money.

Needs just a little attention to detail. I had to report to the contact person that the toilet seat in the main bathroom needed securing. Also there needs to be a close attention to inventory, for example there was not a complete set of each type of glassware. The addition of a coffee pot would be useful, similarly a teapot.

We had a wonderful time in Urban Elegance, Luxury is the right name. It was a luxury stay!!! City centre location and you have a lovely view of Belfast. Even though you are in a very busy location, the apartment is so quiet and peaceful. And your parking space is always there. Safe and sound! Thank you. Will be back.

Very comfortable apartment, good value, good facilities, great location, safe parking. We felt very relaxed there & would definitely stay again.

No major issues just a couple of small things there wasn’t a microwave or teapot which we missed. Also we couldn’t find the gym there was no sign anywhere for it. Apart from that everything was great.
