We were showed the picture of where the keys were but did take some time to find them. We were also shown a video on what floor the apartment was but wasn’t told which apartment number it was. We eventually found it at the end.

I didn’t like the fact that we were told 48 hours before check-in that we had to have a £250 deposit for security which was no problem if we weren’t told this after we made the payment of the apartment obviously we pay the alternative of option which was £35. We also asked about a sliding door in the apartment, why it is open properly I wasn’t given an answer to it also we had a noise complaint at 7:30 at night even though the music was only at I would say volume of 20 very low but besides that we had an enjoyable time with the apartment was very lovely. The beds were very comfortable.

I think it needs to be clearer about where the key lock is as there are many key locks and it was hard to find which one it was due to it saying it was across from parking meter whereas it was a couple of yards before the parking meter

A good flat, reasonably equipped and up to date. Good location. Close to Victoria Station and close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Although not located in the centre of Belfast, it is possible to walk to almost anywhere in the city. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower and the maintenance staff resolved it almost instantly.

I don't like the impersonal model of host/client relationship, via message, that most tourist flats follow. It is unpleasant. Customers receive too many automated messages and have to deal with issues that should be dealt with directly by the business managers. I understand that Belfast is a city where rain is frequent, but the managers of such an expensive flat should avoid so much dirt accumulating on all the windows of the flat.

Extremely clean, warm , confortable, easy to access and private parking.

The apartment is amazing, recently redecorated, spacious, clean. The location is within 5 minutes to most central points, stations, busses, food etc. Titanic is about 3Km from there.

The entry to the apartment was quite a trouble, and it's a pity such a wonderful place to let a trivial matter spoil the visitor's experience. We were trying something like 20 minutes to locate the locker the key was in (in the cold), having around us about 20 same lock boxes! Finally, after trying all of them, we got in. I, also, was not happy, finding out while I was in transit, that I had to go through a third-party website for verification of ID, providing my id and selfie, and paying around 300€ (plus a fee) for damage deposit. Still, that website was failing, and I had to do it multiple times, getting messages that I might have my booking canceled. We checked in the apartment, and I was still getting messages that I had to go through the verification process!

The instructions for getting in to the property were very good though we still struggled to find the correct lock box for a while! Very convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Great view of Belfast.

I wasn't happy finding out only after booking that I had to pay a deposit through a 3rd party website and having to provide my passport details which I consider to be a security risk. No coffee maker.
