33 Blue Waters Studio Apartment.

Great location. Customer Service was very responsive. I would start here again, great value. Here are some facts: There's a fan and a radiator, no ac. It was cold so I just opened the big window for fresh air and natural light. You can hear the ocean. Lots of businesses close by, including grocery stores, ATM, and restaurants. There's no elevator. There's hot water and a washer machine in the unit. Super easy for catching ubers.

The sound of the crashing waves overnight was really relaxing. Location is in a safe area right next to the beach and about a 5 minute walk from Mojo Market. Apartment is just as advertised and nicely secured.

Lovely view and wide opening windows and light Not very noisy and close proximity to promenade and beach. Lovely bed and linens.

The owners have simply opted to furnish the house as cheaply as possibly like many unfortunately in high season. It lacks style or taste. Needs maintenance and repair. Rickety kitchen table for breakfast which is loose from the wall. Bedroom side lamps are old and the top hangs loose. The bathroom shower hot water tap is rickety and not functioning well. The kitchen did not have any laundry detergent to use in the wash machine. The bathroom is an odd size with cabinets extra short to accommodate a mirror which means you bend down to use the basin. Badly thought out design. The kitchen is very dark as a cheap cabinet for clothes was put up too separate the kitchen and bedroom but the owners did not even bother to paint the exposed wood from the back of the cupboard leaving it looking unfinished. 2 oddly coloured chairs with an overly colourful painting don’t match. Like odds and ends were picked up at a flee market and thrown together. The poorly made side tables just with odd glass pieces cut and plonked on which are very unsafe when trying to reach the plugs that you don’t cut your arms. Damaged blinds on the front door which also hasn’t been varnished in years. Toilet seat broken and loose. Come on fix your property!! Air bnb agents should insist on standards for properties and if those owners cannot meet them then they cannot request those rates or should not be hosting them.

On the 19th May, there was a power outage from 8.30. It came back on after18h00. No communication was received. I phoned Abby numerous times and she said she forgot to tell me. All my groceries that I bought spoiled. Had to spend the whole day making alternate arrangements. When I tried numerously to get hold of Abby, she simply ignored my calls.

Very close to the waterfront, extremely good value for money. Felt very safe in the accommodation. Would absolutely book again with without hesitation.

The apartment needs love. It needs maintenance here and there. The tea container was empty. There was only sugar and coffee, for people that don't take coffee, they are not accommodated. The shower needs a deep cleaning. There was a shampoo and no shower gel.

The scenery is absolutely gorgeous and it’s close to all the necessary stores and fancy restaurants. A small walking distance made its extra nice

The stairs are a bit of a challenge since it’s situated on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator

I loved the layout of the flat, the fact that the flat has safe security system, atmosphere is great and the beach is close to the flat. It's my second time staying at this flat,shops and restaurants are very neat. The flat is clean and peaceful

I didn't like that the place doesn't have an elevator which was the only negative thing as the flat is on the 3rd floor
