Place was filthy, found 3 spiders in first few hours in the bedroom (one which was in a huge web behind the door indicating hadn't been cleaned). Bed sheets/linen stained and dirty, no teaspoons, only 1 knife...dirty cooking utensils. No towel rail in bathroom, couple more spiders in bedroom, dirty floor in bedroom, someone's earring by bedside unit... Had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice and therefore was much more expensive.

We stayed here for 1 night to visit Leicester university which is only a 5 min drive away It was very good value and was perfect for a short stay as it had everything we needed There is a Tesco Express about 2 minutes away on foot It was clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed I would stay again if visiting my son

The only negatives are cosmetic...the pull cords for the light and shower are really dirty looking and the door to the bathroom is quite damaged/discoloured with a big split and brought down the overall appearance of the accommodation which otherwise looks fresh and modern which is a real shame as otherwise it is lovely

The location was perfect, and the environment serene. I love the fact that everything was intact. I love the bedroom, mini kitchen and living room. located in a private place.

I struggled for a couple of minutes before locating the property. Aside from that, everything was excellent.
