Ease upon arrival - host always replied to messages. Very clean home with everything you need. We stayed 9 nights and found it very comfortable. Location brilliant as on the seafront promenade. Very modern interior and suprisinngly spacious. Big Fridge with additional frezer a huge plus. We needed want for anything that wasnt provided. Being a top floor flat very quiet with great views of the sea and isle of wight. Parking was very good too. Highly recommended. !! This place is what it says on the tin! Thank you

The view -great watching ships, hovercrafts, sailing boats etc. Good location for easy access to shops, crossing to Ryde, connections to other places. Apartment clean, comfortable, well maintained. Everything we required for self catering. Responsive team for any queries.

Excellent location with sea views. A short walk to the centre of Southsea with numerous restaurants and bars, nice coastal walk into Portsmouth. Apartment is well equipped and was very clean. Concerned about some earlier noise but was very quiet later in the evening. Comfy beds and fluffy towels!
Sofa was uncomfortable after a short period of time which affected the chilled tv viewing if you like doing that. Hallway and stairs before entering the apartment did not set a great 1st impression however once in the apartment it was very nice

Friendly staff, professional and well organised. Property was clean, central and well equipped. The views were excellent, and the property has a lift and parking! That makes a huge difference! Good facilities, coffee, washing up, iron, clothes horse, washing machine etc. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again.
OK only because I'm being a little picky, the sofa was very hard! Some of the walls had marks, an little wear and tear but nothing major. Note with this property you will have to verify your ID and provide a deposit and adhere to their booking conditions. So I documented the conditions before and leaving just in case. But generally Blue Puffin were easy to work with, friendly and helpful, no issues on that front at all.
