The building needed some repairs.

Lo peor es que no tenía aire acondicionado, solo tenía aparatos que hacía mucho ruido. Las instalaciones exteriores no están muy actualizadas

I loved the proximity to the beach. It was right next door!

The outside of the property did look outdated.

The attention to detail inside the condo was very apparent. From the laundry detergent and spare charge to do a couple loads of laundry, to the box of chocolates. The rooms have been updated and the kitchen was stocked with bakeware and spices to make it convenient to cook meals.

From the outside, the appearance leaves something to be desired, but I did see signs for construction so they maybe working on upgrading. Inside, my only complaint would be the shower curtain. It was in need of replacing and when you took a shower, it swung on inside and would touch you while showering. My suggestion would be to install shower doors.

Dislikes. Only a single key provided and was needed for elevator which meant my family had to always be together. Building itself was a little run down. Only one room had air conditioning unit and it was loud. Likes. Unit was comfortable. Kitchen was small but had everything that was needed. Beach chairs and umbrella was provided. Beds were very comfortable. Ocean view was good. We did stay in Kona first and then moved to Hilo. Hilo is not nearly as beautiful as Kona so that may have soured this review some which has nothing to do with the unit.
