I didn't like anything. It was a terrible experience at Fabhotels.

Room allotted was different from what I booked. It had a bathroom outside (that can be literally accessed by anyone). It was not clean and stinky. Room wasn't clean with women hair all over on the pillow and bedsheet. The manager was away and staff very very idiotic. Not at all responding to my request to change the room. The guys were teenagers busy in their smartphone playing games. When I insisted they said get your room cancelled and leave. Further, they were not ready to talk to the customer support offi lcer when I tried handing over the phone. The managers phone number had no response nearly upto 4 hours of my arrival. Finally when he picked by 8.15 pm, he said, we don't have rooms available with attached bathroom. However they had one such room and I noticed it. It was next to the one allotted to me and the door was open. It remained unoccupied till my check out next morning. The city was pouring throughout thrle evening and I had to manage in the same condition with the room allotted with external bathroom. Will never visit again a Fabhotel in life
