Very nice apartment. Great location and a nice host. Everything was perfect.

Great stay. Spotlessly clean, great location in Como.

Received quite a lot of emails before our stay (10+) regarding check in etc, seemed a little convoluted. Everything seemed to have an additional charge which was a shame, €20 for cot, €20 for high chair etc. Would be better if everything was included.

The easy friendly communication between the host , to do the self check in via whatsaap , very easy and clear information and the host is available for any questions you might have during your stay . Loved the clean lines /design and the well equipped kitchen, you can even do your laundry at the flat ( washing machine provided) , bed and cushions were perfect, a 10 out of 10 for this beautiful apartment! It is exactly like in the photos .

It is on the main road but with the window closed you hardly get to hear the traffic .

It's a nice,well equipped apartment,at walking distance from everything we needed to see! We had great communication with the host! Thank you for hosting us!

The flat was very airy, clean and modern. It is a short walk from Como town and the train station. Great facilities, we had everything we needed for our trip away.

Shower did tend to flood slightly.

I cannot express how much we loved staying in thos apartment. Ten minutes to the lake, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee, comfortable beds, lovely building .

The only only thing I would change, is I feel we had a few to many emails, br contracts to sigh information ect, I understand it's all necessary, but maybe if it where all done together in a simpler way. But no, no complaints what's do ever. We are going to return to the apartment very soon. It's our second home in Como now

The apartment's great, in a really convenient location. If you're looking for a place in Como, I'd say it's definitely worth a look. The hosts are really friendly and quick to respond.

It was basically newly furnished/renovated house. it was clean and you can find everything you need in it. The location is not very far away from the lake, it is 7-10 minutes away by walk.

The reason I gave 7/10 is because we have problems with the doors. The building is very old and the lock of the house was broken when we were there. Luckily we were able to get in with the help of the technician provided by the facility.

The apartment was very central and clean. Furniture and appliances were fully functional and almost new. Staff were helpful in guiding us how to enter the premises and use all amenities.

The lock in the main door on street level was defective and it took us some time to get the knack to open the door. We brought this to the attention of the staff
