The wifi was not working. We contacted the owner and tried solving it together but the problem remained.

Great location! The apartment was really clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything was new and perfect. Kitchen is well equipped with all the required tools for cooking.

It was so gorgeous and completely brand-new with all of the amenities and home comforts you could ask for in a great location close to central Como.It was so tastefully decorated and felt like a home from home. Exactly like the photos. It was so helpful to have a washing machine, coffee machine, full cutlery and glasses, iron, air con/heating, beautiful toiletries, even an umbrella! We were so sad to leave!

Nothing - don’t be put off by the entry way and stairs. I’m sure these are being renovated, and the area and building in general felt very safe. Maybe some lights as you go up to the floor the flat is on would be helpful.

Apartment was clean and in a good location.

Unfortunately my experience was not great. We stayed one night here but were locked out for almost two hours due to a very tricky locking mechanism on the apartment door, noting there were no instructions provided on this lock at the time of our booking. The company was responsive and after troubleshooting with them over the phone, a technician was called out. These things happen which is totally fine, but we were expecting some form of compensation, however the only thing offered to us was a 10% discount for any further bookings. We were then told we should be the ones being charged for the call-out fee for the technician....

Entrance stairs and hallway were dark

heat-- no construction outside the door for 2 days-- and keys that easily opened the door
