Location ok steep walk down to beech hard work for someone in a wheelchair

Water pressure very poor shower just dribbled sink kitchen slow to drain no code for wi-fi single bedrooms very tight tv difficult to operate without instructions and some lights not working,no dishwasher tablets should have been informed if we had to bring our own no hand soap also and shall amount of toilet paper

Caravan was nice and clean. Location was good.

Water pressure was terrible. Internet not very good. Tv in the bedroom does not work. Sofa bed uncomfortable.

nice clean van in a good location to the beach, arcades swimming pool. pitched on a corner walkway from the main site with it`s facilities meaning foot traffic pass right by the back bedroom window, was a bit noisy at times, especially when the bar and arcades shut and people were making the way home. not the fault of the owner, but parkdean free wifi was rubbish in all aspects, this also affected the smart tv in the van. boiler was a bit tempremental with a mind of it`s own in terms of when the heating came on and hot water in the shower, pleanty of room for a family of 5 with a small dog with 4 days of british sunshine !! recommended place to stay for a short break

Good location next to arcade / food next to the caravan. Good kitchen accessories.

Late sending access code by 40 mins Water pressure poor - shower trickling out and would go off if other water being used No wifi on first day / lack of WiFi info Making own beds (understand the sofa bed but main beds should have been made) The main fridge wasn’t working - there was a back up fridge but no communication on whether that was why there was another fridge. We did use both fridge but soon realised it wasn’t working. I think a lot of there issues could have resolved with better communication to let us know and also a welcome book.

Close to the beach and was spacious with dishwasher.

NA for the price no complaints

The caravan had everything we needed for our stay, comfortable living room and walking distance to the main areas of the holiday park.

There was a strange smell in the property - a bit like stale smoke which could just have been because it was a hot week and it has been shut up. Not ideal to stay in with little children as the curtains let in a lot of light, the road outside has motorbikes flying up and down at all hours and because the caravan is right on the path you can hear people walking back to their properties from the show/bar. All in all not a good combination for a good nights sleep!
