Elmcroft Apartment - 10 Mins Walk to Woking Town Centre

Perfect Stay! Everything you could need, very handy to have a washing machine, and towels was great quality. Very comfy stay.

Only slight problem was the toaster, it seemed to set off the smoke alarm even toasting bread for a few seconds.

I have recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional apartment, and here are some highlights: Location.Conveniently situated with literally everything on your doorstep. I found the property with ease, in addition to a highly desirable parking space. This in itself is worthy of noting due to the demand . Woking offers direct travel links to London. The distance from the property itself and the town centre / train station/ restaurants , ample coffee shops and extensive offering of high end bars and dinning experiences to suit all tastes. Proximity being nothing more than a short, pleasant walk. Within the Woking Town Centre itself , one will be greeted with the redeveloped new vast shopping centre . For those wishing to unwind after a long day, I urge you to invest your time at the highly sought after, Hilton Hotel and Oxo restaurant. Taking the elevator to the top floor of the building could be described as transportation into a unique serene setting. One offering breathtaking views of London and the most delightful dining experience. Be sure to book in advance due to its popularity. Additionally just outside the property itself , offers multiple local convenience stores , for every day basic shopping needs. Accessibility-On the premise of accessibility, check in, entry, the entire booking procedure from start to finish was simple easy and flawless. The host was pleasant with regard to correspondence, helpful and the property boasted a useful guest information file, containing key information. Information in relation to the facilities within the property itself ( may I add it is inclusive of a washing machine , which was so appreciated on my part), insightful detail contained also with regard to places of potential places of interest to visit . What a pleasant relaxing stay I have had.

O apartamento é bom, a localização é ótima, perto do supermercado, shopping, restaurante é da estação! O quarto é arrumado E decorado, tem a cama confortável e guarda roupas! Tem tomadas no quarto e aquecedor elétrico. A cozinha é funcional tem fogão, torradeira, chaleira elétrica, pia, geladeira e utensílios de cozinha. Na sala tem a sala decorada, com televisão e aquecedor elétrico. Foi disponibilizado gel de banho e papel higiênico.

A acomodação cobra um 200£ de caução na entrega das chaves, senão fazer a transferência não entra no imóvel! Tem que prestar atenção antes de reservar! O sofá cama é desconfortável, não pode contar com ele para dormir! Em compensação tem colchão inflável excelente bom bomba elétrica, A geladeira é muito barulhenta, a noite faz muito barulho! Não foi disponibilizado a quantidade de toalhas consoante ao número de hóspedes que foi feita a reserva que foi de 3 pessoas e só tinha 2 Toalhas de banho e 2 de rosto. A caução foi devolvida no fim de 3 dias após término da hospedagem. Tem que enviar mensagem a acomodação. O estacionamento não pode contar com ele, pois o vizinho de baixo nos disse que não pode parar o carro que a vaga seria dele mesmo tem lugar vazio e dos dias que fiquei hospedada não vi ele estacionar carro algum!

Plenty of space easy walk into town

The sofa was uncomfortable and whilst a fridge freezer was great it was noisy, Properly was not cleaned prior to arrival. Cleaners turned up within the hour once I noticed and informed owner, Deposit took 15 days to return

Off street parking

Having to make a £250 security deposit by bank transfer after booking and paying in full is unacceptable. Although deposit was returned shortly after departure, booking would not of been made if advertised as such.

Not much

It wasn’t clean as advertised . We had to do a clean as soon as we arrived . Toilet was super dirty , kitchen was very grease . We founded pan inside the oven full of used oil . The area it’s not very nice at all. The flat it on 1st floor and the neighbor downstairs can be a bit disrespectful to come and knock your door at 12:00pm.
