Location was good, shops around

The kitchen cupboard was too small, the safa was dirty and uncomfortable, and the house in overall wasn't as clean as it should be, it had a bad smell. Not enaught space for the clothes, it has only 1 hangers for all the family..

Was difficult to find at 1st using Google maps,

It was close to the city centre.

It was unbelievably grotty. 1. The entrance was dirty. 2. Met with an overwhelming smell of bleach. 3. There are damp stains on all the walls. 4. There are black scuff marks on all the walls. 5. Skirting boards are badly fitted/finished and cracked. 6. Cobwebs in every room. 7. Flooring in every room has gaps. 8. Cutlery is dirty and broken. 9. Only 3 wine glasses and a stolen pub beer glass for 4 people but there were 8! pans. 10. The front door of the building doesn’t shut properly and was left wide open by other tenants/guests in the building 3 times. 11. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and looks like it came from a skip. 12. Bedroom 1 had a headboard with a hole and splinters that had been hidden behind pillows. 13. Bedroom 1 blind had been cut to size with what looked like nail scissors and was frayed and dirty. It didn’t fit the window and did not keep any light out. Especially the security light that went off all night. 14. Bedroom 2 the bed slats collapsed when the end of the bed was sat on. 15. Bedroom 2 heater felt dangerously close to the bedding. 16. Bedroom 2 EMERSION HEATER!!!!! Incredibly noisy. Cannot use hot water when people are sleeping. Unplugged by mistake- no signs, labels etc. Unsafe? 17. The bathroom is grotty with the smallest sink. 18. Every room has the highest wattage bulb known to man and feels like you are under floodlights. 19. The kitchen kickboard isn’t attatched. 20. The worktop is warped. 21. Living room heating doesn’t work. 22. Car par space was occupied all weekend. When tried to ring the office, in office hours, nobody answered. Had to wait for a while for an answer for an alternative solution. 23. Nobody answered the phone only WhatsApp. 24. There were lots of partly used candles, 3 air fresheners, an expired reed diffuser, a dirty cracked bowl of change and 2 dusty! Ping pong balls left in the living area. Overall a most unpleasant experience. I have lots of photos to back all this up.

Google map was inaccurate. Got lost and could not initially get in touch with the staff. Once we were in touch they were very pleasant and helpful.

Location is great! Communication was excellent. Useful to have a washing machine. Good value considering the location and size. I contacted the owner about the lock on the front door and the lack of heating, and whilst they were very responsive (this service was outsourced to Thailand I believe) nothing was improved. I had to borrow my friend's air heater.

I couldn't get the living room heating to work, which was bad timing because it was incredibly cold. The flat overall is a little grubby and some wear and tear, beyond what I'd expect. The kitchen area and cupboard contents wasn't very clean. The lock on the front door to the main building was broken. There was a ring doorbell inside the hallway, which I assume is for some kind of tracking. This felt a little bit odd.

Location is perfectly situated for a Pride weekend as it in between city centre and preston park, with the parade passing right by at the end of the road.

Advert was misleading in that there are NOT 2 parking spaces with the property. There are 2 spaces behind a property 5 min walk away, however these have to booked and paid for additionally, however I was only told this 2 hours prior to my arrival, (despite my messaging when I first booked), at which time only 1 was available.
