The owner did not give us an instruction how to check-in in advance unless we ask, which was very unusual. Normally owners are very attentive and make sure that the guests understand the method of check-in so this was an unpleasant experience, the very first one of bunch that we used rental apartments ever! Also when we asked in English he responded all in Romanian via whatsapp so he seemed not speak/write English. Furthermore, after input the code to get the key and opened the door, there was a lady who also does not speak English and in the and found out she was a cleaning lady but this was also the very strange thing happened, not happened in general for the rental apartments…. Also they have residents parking spots a lot but for guests, not be able to park since it has parking lot bars which were very inconvenient. Lastly....for the final shocking event was that after my honest review which actually happened for real, he contacted me via PRIVATE WHATSAPP CONTACT to complain my review FOR OUR UNPLEASANT STAY in English!!! Specially for this rule-breaking, unprofessional and arrogant attitudes at his message, we had enough! I really don’t recommend to choose them not just as our bad experiences toward them but for your future preventions!
