"Great location, needs updated and deep clean."

Location, food availability, master bed was very comfortable.

Mold from a/c duct in master bedroom, living room slide door is very hard to pull and push, need new balcony furniture (legs rotting off on bottom), kitchen is very dated and no decent cooking pots and pans or cutlery and entire condo needs a very deep cleaning.

"Great 4th floor location"

Very clean. Great views. Nice homey beach theme. Kitchen nicely stocked. Huge master bath! Comfy beds. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends!

The step into master tub is pretty high. Might consider a handle to help get in and out.

"very dissapointed"

Clean the track off family room so the door will open. No icemaker. Chairs were dirty especially the one with chair cover. Hardly any silverware, one teaspoon and one serving spoon. Most all deck furniture was rusted. Bottoms of chair legs were rusted off. Afraid to sit in them. i have pictures of all t5his.
