The beach

The pools had bugs floating in it..the room was not cleaned very well..sheets had red stuff on it under the beds were dirty and samdy..pull out bed in big bedroom was dirty erc.

I do like the pool area, speed of elevators, and view from our balcony.

The condo has 2 bedrooms with the extra bed being a pull out couch in the LR and another pull out couch in the primary bedroom. The small guest bedroom has one full size bed so it didn’t work for us. My daughter has an 8 and 13 year old and neither wanted to sleep in the living room or our room. This layout was explained in the booking.com posting. The appliances needed updating, they worked but contributed to the “tired” look of the unit. The other thing - not controlled by the owner or building’s HOA - is the rule that you can’t set up your tarp in front of the rental chairs and in the seadoo area. That leaves very little space to be waterfront. Approximately only 2 or 3 tents/tarps could fit on either side of the chairs and seadoos. Yes, you could walk down the beach to get in front of a condo without chair rentals but really? Especially a condo that caters to families, we want to be able to watch our children and be at the ready should there be an incident. We paid almost $4,000 for our week and my husband had to get out there at 6 am to secure a spot.

The ocean view was amazing!!! The tissue was thick! The washer and dryer's work!

The sink was stopped up. The elevator was messed up when we got there. They were fixed later that evening 🙂

The view from our condo was beautiful! The condo was very clean and in a great location for families. The beds were super comfortable also. I would only recommend having a stock of coffee supplies for guests (filters, coffee, packets of cream and sugar). The coffee on the resort is not good and it is a nice amenity to have it available in a condo. We definitely will recommend this place to guests.

Proximity to the beach! Sky bridge and elevators always smelled and looked clean!! In regards to our unit- master bed was very comfortable! Loved being able to crack open the sliding door at night and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The property was spacious and we loved how we could spread out comfortably in the unit. Great view of the ocean. Convenient to get to our room!

The pictures were slightly deceiving regarding the pool- we thought it was more enclosed to provide a fun place for kids in case the weather was not ideal at the beach and it’s definitely not. We wouldn’t consider the pool water to be heated- it was frigid. Not complete deal breakers for us as the kids had lots of fun regardless, but just thought I’d share our thoughts! In regards to our unit- we also have rental properties of our own, and I would recommend high touch points to be cleaned better including around cabinet pulls in the kitchen and a fresh coat of paint could help hide imperfections on the walls/trim. Also add foam/felt covers on dining chairs so they don’t disrupt nearby rooms when moving chairs. Consider a living room chair that’s easy to clean and doesn’t look like it’s seen better days 😂 (wicker chair) Add a pillow top or consider replacing the secondary bedroom mattress- it was very hard and uncomfortable. In the master, the mattress protector was hanging down and looked like it needed to be cleaned/washed. There were brown stains all over it.
