Bed was very comfortable. After being up for 2 straight days of traveling and events it was a great bed to sleep in.

Bathroom is small for a guy my size. I'm 6'2 and a heavy set man. But that's more of a me problem and to be expected when traveling to a country where the citizens are known to be smaller people.

Convenient location, near moa and airport.

Friendly and professional host, the condo felt fresh and clean (despite the communal lobby and elevators smelling very bad - due to the building management!) Really good experience with the host and rooms, it was quick, easy, and no fuss or hidden fees/additional fees which unfortunately I've experienced a lot during my stay in hotels in Philippines. We were a big family staying at different rooms owned by different hosts, my family unfortunately had issues with other hosts unable to check in due to mix up with guests lists, in such short notice Abbie (host) was able to provide us with alternative rooms. However we found alternative help from other sources, but we appreciate the quick turnaround from Abbie despite the time of the circumstances (around midnight!) Thanks to Abbie the host for the warm service, for being reliable and overall good conditions of the room!

Very dirty place . We were 3 of us and the Apartment was prepared only for 2 people ( 2 towels etc)

It is very close to SM mall and to other facilities. Has Youtube and Netflix access.

There are cockroaches around. The bathroom was smelling bad. I texted the host that there are cockroaches and he sent some spray and a powder but for this there were theese dying cockroaches in the bathroom floor. Very disturbing and disgusting. The continuous noise of the lift that I could here from the room. I could not sleep. The tap was missing from the sink in the bathroom.

Kitchen utensils are not enough. The booking was for 4 pax, so we expected to have 4 towels and at least 2 sets of guest kits/toiletries since 1 guest kit is good for 2 persons, but gave us 2 towels and 1 kit only. Good thing the two of us brought our own towel and toiletries.
