5 Bedroom villa, Oxford, 4-Free Parking spaces, WiFi, Garden, Spacious

House is big with three living rooms and ten beds. It's quite comfortable for our nine persons group. Kitchenware is full and suitable for cooking. Heating is good , and landlord is nice, we have some problems with hot water, he comes at once.Five star recommend.

The location. The parking. The beds/bedrooms. The wide variety of kitchen equipment/crockery.

The conservatory furniture is a little unstable and the roof was leaking. Some of the cupboards / drawers in the kitchen need attention.

The house was big and beautiful. Had this amazing and big backyard. The rooms were quite spacious and cosy. My 10 friends and I had loads of fun. We will surely come back :)

Large house, good size accommodation with lots of beds. Decent kitchen. Fully equipped for big groups.

Large hole at front of house really needs permanent slab over it. Back conservatory door had no key and was unlocked- Hamed said it was permanently closed but this was not the case. Removal of door from porch into hallway made it draughty. Finally on our last morning one of our group found some tiny mites in her bed (it was the double bed in the upstairs triple room). On developing bites on her skin and going to the walk- in hospital and pharmacy she was told she had scabies, and that that bed needs to be treated before anyone else sleeps in it.

Clean, spacious and good facilities. Parking is easy. Plenty of seating for large groups.

Er, not much, … maybe the garden could do with a mow?
