5 Bedroom villa, Oxford, 4-Free Parking spaces, WiFi, Garden, Spacious

11 of us stayed so we used all 5 bedrooms, enough parking for all of our cars. WiFi was good, nice big garden, within a 5-10 min drive of town. Host allowed early check in and late check out which was really appreciated.

Overall the property is a bit tired. Could do with a re dec and some essential repairs to bring it up to scratch. Not enough seating (only 8) for all 11 of us at dining table. Not enough seats in lounge for all of us and conservatory too cold to sit in (January) Not enough cutlery / crockery / mugs for 11 people and advertised for 15 guests!!! The house garage is used as a store room for the cleaners who clearly service other properties too, so they are constantly coming and going, open the back door and they are there, also leaving the gate open etc. Ok that last comment seems a bit bah humbug, but when you rent a complete house, you don’t expect to share it with other people. Downstairs toilet needs a good 4 flushes to clear even a small bit of paper. Garden needs a bit of love.

Very big spacious property, with 5 bedrooms (downstairs there is a huge bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds inside) upstairs has (1 huge triple bedroom, and 3 double bedrooms) . The garden is massive!!! The conservatory has working AC inside so even if it’s cold outside it warms up very fast so you can relax in there! The beds are very cosy! I slept wonderfully. The manager is friendly.

Living area can be seen as quite small for a large group but still decent . There are no rugs or carpet anywhere in the property which for me made it appear less cosy. If you have kids be mindful that the floors can get slippery if they have normal socks on, grip socks would be a good idea during winter days!

Conscience location, tidy and clean!! Iove the garden a lot!!!

The only room we could heat was the conservatory. There were lots of draught where windows were not fitted correctly or partition walls had been put up. Most importantly access to the city is currently via a 20 minute diversion by car or a 40 minute commute on 2 busses .this was essential information needed when travelling with my elderly inlaws

We really enjoyed our stay! Good location, nicely decorated, perfect for a large group with plenty of parking and rooms. We all had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay and would recommend it!

Checkout felt too early for a one night stay especially with check in at 3! We were also asked to wash and put back our mugs which isn't a big deal but perhaps letting us keep things in the dishwasher would be better especially when trying to leave before 10am. The downstairs toilet had a weak flush so it took several tries to suck up all the toilet paper.
