Ideal for our small group reunion: easy parking, large bedrooms, good communal area and well-equipped kitchen. Location was good, with a nice pub and shops just a short walk away, and an easy bus ride into Oxford city centre.

Downstairs toilet did not flush well...

Nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and clean throughout. Extensive garden

Only two toilets, one of which broke on the night we arrived. This was not fixed during our stay although we contacted the host immediately. Generally poor response from host about issues during stay as well as a late check out request which was ignored. Limited dining seating (only for 8). Kitchen appliances fine but missing some key items such as chopping board and cafetière. No mention of long standing road closure in advert which meant no public transport available into the centre of town

Everything was great; the location, plentiful parking, comfortable rooms and beds, enough towels, bed linen, well equipped kitchen, ample cleaning supplies and toiletries for four nights stay with eleven people. Wonderful value for the price.

We really liked it, it was beyond our expectations. A few suggestions for the property managers were promptly addressed.

Good size, plenty of parking. Lovely size garden.big bedrooms. Air con in the conservatory was nice to have as well.

Tired in places, needs a little attention to bring it up to the daily cost being charged. The back door out of the conservatory clearly has issue hence the addition of a lock to keep the doors closed. At one point, we couldn’t shut the door but thankfully one of the party used to work in windows and doors so managed to fix it. Needs sorting quickly. There are gaps in the panels on the conservatory so can rain in. Had to empty the bbq before we could use it. Nowhere near enough cutlery and plates for everyone considering it’s advertised to cater for the number it does. The summary on the description of the bed layout wasn’t right so we ended up being short of a single bed for a child who ended up having to sleep in the double with his Dad.

Location is good, supermarket is nearby. House is clean and more rooms for us. Playing room is very good for children and the garden is good for parents😀

Just two washroom and more is good.

The owner has provided detailed information before our arrival. There are plenty of beds in this property. It is not far from the area center.

The heater of the bath does not really work well. You might either bathe with freezing water or bear the great buzz from the heater. The whole room seems to be old.
