*This property is not suitable for parties! *This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm the quiet times are to be respected. *We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodations to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property. *Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodations as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property. *For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee. We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID and a card pre-authorization of £200 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £200, unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. EXTRAS: If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in. PET RESTRICTIONS: No pets/animals allowed Need a late check-out? Send us a message & we can will try to accommodate where necessary PARKING: The property benefits from a PRIVATE car park at the rear for 1 car per booking, FREE on-street Parking outside the house. You can also park on any nearby roads. ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximize guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please inquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodations with Properties by O & GThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "I would avoid at all costs if you want a good nights sleep and to feel safe!"

Location - but then this was misleading.

I’m not really sure where to start… Upon arrival… First impressions I thought we had arrived at a block of (without sounding stuck up) council flats. I assume some of the residents that live in some of the flats were out drinking with music playing etc… wasn’t a great first impression if I’m honest. Parking is a squeeze too but we managed. Key safe could do with a number on it considering there’s more than one. I was under the impression that it being a “seafront apartment” that it would have a sea view. The property isn’t a seafront apartment - albeit not far off, it’s not quite and there is absolutely no view as it is the ground floor. When we first walked in we were hit with a stench of damp / foisty smell. It appeared to be coming from the bedroom - upon inspection the wardrobe in there had a big hole in there that went into the ground…. It was filthy. It wouldn’t take much to just box it in and not sure why this would be left like this. It is not only unsightly but I would say a health hazard. Bedroom was very small….. and the bed!!!! OMG!!! I’ve seen previous reviews about the bed but let me tell you, it’s not just a bit hard or bumpy…. I haven’t a clue what is going on there with that but it was impossible to sleep in. We went to get the bedding for the sofa bed… this was clearly used and unclean, which I had been assured prior to the stay that the “cleaner” had said there was fresh bedding available… this is kept in the smelly wardrobe. I messaged Gemma to let her know, she gave me the code to help myself to other bedding in a storage container outside. Never asked if everything else was okay with our stay or anything. I must say…. I am only writing this review now that my held deposit has been released as that took over a week to do so- be warned. The cleanliness of the property wasn’t the best, mould in the bathroom, the bath mat to step out on was very dirty and unhygienic. There were false eyelashes found allover the floor.

The property was in a central location.

We complained about the mattress which was of a very poor quality and extremely lumpy and very uncomfortable. We were told it would be changed in due course. We both had very little sleep. The duvet and pillows were not of the highest quality and looked grubby when we had to strip the bed at the end of our stay. The sink in the bathroom was far to small and because of the large cabinet above we found it difficult to use without getting water all over the floor.

Central, had parking

A few things need maintenance/ upgrade, the tank cupboard door didn’t close and the bedroom wardrobe door was sticking. One walllight doesn’t work and what are all the wires hanging under the TV?

"Great value location"

Great location for exploring Mumbles and The Gower Peninsula. The parking is an obvious bonus as finding a space in Mumbles is difficult. Check in instructions from the owner were clear and the apartment was clean and comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. Ideal for a couple on a short break

Great to have free parking, this was a big plus - especially off road. It was close to restaurants and shops.

The walls were incredibly thin and you could hear the loud music from the other apartments. not very relaxing. The sound on the TV was poor, so it was difficult to hear about the other noises! Couldnt close the door in the bedroom because the bed is in the way! (maybe hang the door the other way?) Would be nice if there were some leaflets explaining that there were some shops and restaurants right on the doorstep - we actually found them by accident - and they were great!

Location was good for Mumbles amenities, bars and shops.

Bedroom cupboards were a bit cheaply made and lacked shelves. Sink in bathroom was too small, no wide shelves for storage of toiletries, make up etc
