*This property is not suitable for parties! *This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm the quiet times are to be respected. *We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodations to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property. *Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodations as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property. *For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee. We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID and a card pre-authorization of £200 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £200, unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. EXTRAS: If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in. PET RESTRICTIONS: No pets/animals allowed Need a late check-out? Send us a message & we can will try to accommodate where necessary PARKING: The property benefits from a PRIVATE car park at the rear for 1 car per booking, FREE on-street Parking outside the house. You can also park on any nearby roads. ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximize guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please inquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodations with Properties by O & GThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

"Ideal for a short mini break. Restaurants and beach on your doorstep."

The location was ideal, walking distance to the lovely village of Oystermouth.We arrived after dark so got a little confused wher the car park was and how to get in but didn’t take long to work it out. Ideal to have a place to park off the road.

Heating system wasn’t the best.there was a heater for the main floor but upstairs was cool.

Lovely clean and spacious . Well equipped and professionally managed . Cosy warm space and excellent parking . Great communication from management with clear professional instructions about the property . Definitely worth the money and great location . Highly recommended

"Lovely stay and easy to access the Gower."

Host was very helpful when we had an issue shortly after our arrival (which was our fault). The Apartment is in a very good location. The kitchen is well equipped. Short walk to shops, ice cream parlour, restaurants and bars.

"good location small place not sure I’d have liked to have 4 sharing"

convenient to area and knowing the mumbles having a parking space was a bonus

no instructions-although Gemma was quick to respond when I messaged couldn’t work oven and didn’t like to keep messaging As said before access was complicated no key for back door would have made it easier
