Appartement bien situé. Quartier très calme et à proximité du métro. Appartement suffisamment spacieux pour 6 personnes.

Appartement qui mériterait un ménage approfondi. Certains matelas ont besoin d’être changés. Pas assez de vaisselle. Nous avons eu froid le soir. Dès que le chauffage s’arrête le froid se réinstalle.

Excellent quiet location. Just 5 minute walk to stadium, university, a small Tesco, Leazes park and the top end of the city centre, yet able to park on a drive and have a small back yard to sit out in. 30 minute drive to Whitley Bay. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs upstairs. Lounge, kitchen, another bedroom and a WC downstairs. WiFi perfect. Key pickup and dropoff very easy via lockbox.

Small things could be improved like more crockery and cutlery in kitchen. Perhaps ground floor layout would be better use of space if knocked all into one and losing the 4th bedroom. Lounge has 2 x 2-seater sofas and a big dining table in it so a bit cramped. But some people may like a 4th bedroom. Overall really good place to stay if you want to be right on the edge of the city centre but able to park 1 or even 2 cars on a drive and have outdoor space out the back to sit out. Yard at back would benefit from being made into a nice courtyard garden with a small amount of tidying up and planting.

The property was located very close to city centre and grocery places and also just behind the USB building thus making it a notably worthwhile spot. The staffs were very helpful in giving assurance and guiding us throughout the stay. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchenware works fine.

The door was a bit confusing to work with. Need to turn the handle up then lock the door with the key. This was not instructed but we figured out ourselves. We could’ve just messaged them but all in all no biggie.
