Lanta Sand Resort & Spa

I loved the location as the beach was beautiful.The bar and restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was exceptional and of high standard.The staff were friendly and helpful.The pools were clean as were the rooms.

I didn’t like that the tv had no English channels at all so we couldn’t watch anything at night.I couldn’t even stream off my phone. Also we had a pool access room and it was quite hard getting in and out of the pool as the step is very deep.We saw a few struggling like us to enter and exit the pool.

We stayed the 2nd time in a room with pool access. Great, just 1.6m deep so that my wife 1.67 could easily stand. The beach was always pretty clean, no glass or cigarette butts. The view to the sea and the beach is excellent, because we could sit / laid on a sunbed. The breakfast is good for western people and also for "spicey lover" Asians.

Not much to say, only if possible, they should do some color (beauty) restauration, for e. on the nautilus, the bathroom door. That is the reason why we rate "only" 9 instead of 10.

Het personeel bij de receptie is heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en doet veel om je vragen te beantwoorden. Ook als hulp nodig hebt zijn ze bereid om je meteen te helpen. In de lobby zit een mogelijkheid om tours of scooters te huren, dat is een plus. Het resort zelf wordt heel netjes onderhouden. Zwembaden en strand zitten vlakbij elkaar. Het strand is geweldig. Een lang uitgerekt strand waar je goed met je kinderen kunt verblijven. We hebben een scooter gehuurd en dit ging soepel.

Het personeel achter de bar aan het strand ziet er vermoeid uit, is soms niet vrolijk en het duurt lang voor je hen kunt vragen om te serveren. Ook het personeel wat achter de balie zit voor uitjes of scooter verhuur is soms allerminst vrolijk. Dat bepaalt wel de stemming als je er wat wilt huren.

O staff é maravilhoso! Perdemos o horário do tour e o recepcionista conseguiu negociar para pegarmos outro barco em outro pier e providenciou taxi. Deu tudo certo! Recebemos um upgrade de quarto e ficamos numa villa , pois já era final de temporada e eles nos promoveram. Praia calma e transparente, ótima pra nadar. 4 piscinas inclusive ótimas pra crianças! Massagem de uma deusa com a visão e a bruxa do mar batendo no corpo ! Academia e brinquedoteca! Tours pra Phi Phi , Pucket, Koh Muk, Koh kgs aí e Koh Kradan, Koh Rok & outras ilhas. Precisa mais??
