We were very satisfied with the location and the accommodation overall. Bedroom was big and comfortable, the location is very good, right in front of the beach yet very peaceful. Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Food & Beverage was a disappointment: 1. Staff does not speak english and makes every interaction very difficult. Although it was supposed to have sunbed service, we had to walk to the bar every time we needed something as they never came to the sunbeds. Also, in some days we found some trash from the day before still there (the sunbed next to ours, trash that was there at 4 pm one day was still there at 11 am the next day). 2. We've been in superior hotels in the region with much better food and drinks for lower prices. The quality they serve does not match the prices at all. Gym needs some maintenance. Some minor issues in the bedroom that also need maintenance like plugs.

The pools, the location of the hotel near the beach, the kindness of the staff members, the size of the restaurant (breakfast included). We appreciated the free water bottle in the room and the room itself!

We found the price of the laundry a bit expensive (100thb/kg). The room in the 3rd floor (family plunge room) a bit far from the beach and the restaurant with no direct way to these facilities (you had to take a small detour to the reception or walk through the swimming pool.

The property is very clean and privacy with a private beach, pools and other facilities which we do not have sufficient time to explore.

No elevator make us quite uncomfortable to go upstairs at level 3 using only staircase especially with luggage. But thanks to the helpful staff on our check-ins day to bring part of the luggage upstairs.

Stunning room with small private plunge pool, and from garden. Due to small issue we were upgraded for free to pool access room. Ground are lush and green. Breakfast was very good . Lots of social spaces, right on beach with the best sunsets! Very nice and helpful staff. would recommend.
