3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Large Flat Near OVO Hydro

The house was in a great location, and it was very spacious, making you feel comfortable and safe as it contained free parking with a barrier system.

The house wasn't clean, as the floor was dirty and the sofa was full of bread/food pieces. The glasses for drinking water or wine were very dirty and also the drawers inside were extremely dirty. We had to buy plastic glasses and plates in order to eat or drink something. Also, the house was too noisy as you could hear everywhere cracking noises while walking around. Additionally, the house was very cold as 4 radiators weren't working, we tried to keep the room doors open and the heater on non-stop in order to heat up the house. However, the owner, he was closing the heater, which is why all the family got sick. Also, one of the bathrooms had issues with the water, for both shower and toilet. After 8 hours long trip we went in the house and we wanted to rest and we saw something that it wasn't as the description promises. We are very disappointed with the services that we received as the property was expensive. Lastly, the owner he contacted us in order to check out earlier than the hour that we agreed.

Great internally, clean, great decor and most things you need.

The entrance hall and finding the front door but once inside that can be forgiven - it’s a fab flat and Greg was very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay here, the flat is beautiful! And in the ideal location for a gig at the OVO. We were able to get parked and into the apartment easily and we couldn't get over how clean it was. Plenty of amenities such as coffee machine, plates and bowls. We would recommend to anyone and hope to stay here again.

The apartment was a little cool when we arrived due to cleaning team leaving windows open but Greg quickly rectified that by sorting the heating with just a call.

Three rooms, all en suite. The Kitchen was good, stocked with a variety of spices. Everything was very modern and functioning, toiletries were provided and multiple towels, enough for all of us for all three days and there were washing machines and dishwashers available.

Arrived on the Wednesday, the initial instructions weren't that clear, but in defence of the property, we were tired from the first day setting up the convention. We needed to call the host, who then called down to open the main gate. This was resolved in the following days with the use of a cell phone provided by the property. The lower room backs onto a railway line, and in warm nights, the window needs to stay open, which means that the trains running late are continually running past with serious light pollution. No issues with the upper rooms, but finding out that the room was on the third floor without a lift wasn't something we'd expected or planned for. If we'd known, we'd have requested a lower room. Mattresses were very thin, and after several days trying to sleep, was very tired.

For our purpose, (graduation at Uni), the location was convenient. The facilities in the flat is absolutely fine.

Noisy. On a hot day, where the windows needs to be open, the noise from the trainline is bad. Also noisy within the flat from room to room and doors slamming.
