Clean apartment with a big shared kitchen. Host was friendly and was helpful. Felt very safe.

A mosquito net would be good, because there are a lot outside and sometime they come to the room.

The host was very nice, helped us order taxis and answered any request we had The room was very clean, the location is quiet but not far from restaurants There is an excellent AC and hot water in the shower and it was spotless I came for one night only and I was sad to leave.. thank you!

There was some construction in the building next to the room that woke me up but nothing the host could do about it

Great location, within walking distance to the big beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Surprisingly quiet considering it's location. Property located in an interesting area of Negombo. Spacious property with good facilities. Outside shaded seating area. Owner available 24/7 via the phone. Great value for money. Would stay here again. Can recommend.

The ground floor Room 1 ensuite window needs a screen.
