Delicious breakfast, Good location and Highly recommended

The hotel is quite new and in good condition, close to good cafes and shops. As an option for an overnight stay after a flight or before departure, it is great. Close to the airport.

It was very hot, and they don't have air conditioner.

The place was very nice and clean. Decent location with regards to the distance to the beach and surrouding restaurants. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with.

Missing mosquito net! There was just so many, we spent good ample of minutes clapping hands before we went to sleep..

The accommodation offers spacious and comfortable rooms. We stayed there on our last night in Sri Lanka to be close to the airport, and it worked out perfectly. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The common area on the terrace is well-maintained and a lovely spot to sit and relax. An unbeatable place to stay for the price. The breakfast was also very good.

The ventilation of the bathroom could be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. A great place to relax and enjoy Negombo so we’d definitely stay here again :)
