The owner is very friendly and helpful for everything. Rooms are good quality for the price.

Everything was in a good condition. Lovely people running the guesthouse!

The location was ok, because it was quiet, but to get anywhere you needed a tuk tuk. The host kindly let us use refrigerator, so we had cold drinks.

There were houndreds of mosquitos, but that's not properties fault. Our room was turned so it was the hottest place in the whole house. If you go, tell them to give you room No. 4, I'm sure it's better. BEWARE!!! Don't take any of treatments in Jasmin villa, that is wastly promoted all around the city (billboards everywhere) and the host also has one! It was the worst massage EVER! Smelly, oily and full of mosquito bites. Just DON'T!

Came in late night. Nobody was there to help us checkin. We had to find another place after the driver kept trying to contact you. He gave up and took us to a place he knew.

It’s was clean. The location was perfect. Away from the noise but close enough to reach the shops (5 minute walk) was very quiet. Rooms looked new and fresh. The bed was big and comfortable. Clean sheets and pillows. Excellent value for money. Aircon worked well and was pretty quiet. Also had the option of a ceiling fan. There was a lounge with a lovely big sofa just outside the room which was great for chilling on, along with a little kitchen, clothes dryer and fridge and a terrace with a table on the sane floor. Met the owner once who was really helpful and friendly.

Our host was very kind, he recommended some places to eat and from before we arrived he communicated with us to make sure we were there before our arrival, (since he did not sleep in the same place at least at this time it looked that way) the place quite clean and had everything we needed, hot water, towels etc.

The Bed was no so confortable

I came here after a long time travelling, the owner waited for me till I arrived and was super friendly. It was quite late and I was pretty tired, I asked the owner if there was a grocery store close by so I could get some water. He saw I was tired and went and got the water for me by scooter, so kind of him! Next morning I asked if I could stay one more night, but they were fully booked, he showed me another place to stay(The Beez) and brought me there by scooter. Staying at Sand&Surf for my first night in the country was amazing!!!
