One of the best places to spend a day. They let us use their kitchen and everything, a clean room and washroom as well.

No electric kettle.

Lovely new homestay, very friendly staff who are on hand to help with travel plans and any local info. The room was comfortable and good value for money!

we stayed 3 nights and it was very geart experience, most important thing is room is very clean and very comfortable, and very safe place, and very peaceful , i recommend all travelers to this place, owner also very kind and he provide everything what we ask, ❤

Highly recommondation! I had a great stay for one night at this new accomondation. It was very quiet and high-quality furnishings. Also clean & comfortable rooms, a nice & helpful owner and not far from the ocean & places to eat something. At the accomondation you can use the kitchen (includes a fridge) with cooking stuff. As well, you can order a very friendly and helpful TukTuk Driver, for example to pick you up from the airport.

Super clean and a quite place to stay. Staff is incredibly kind and friendly. They helped me whenever I needed assistance.

I enjoyed how comfortable and clean the hotel is, but also how friendly the managers are. After staying in a number of budget lodges, I wanted to treat myself to a proper room, with a quality mattress and a hot water shower.

Actually there was nothing to criticize. If I come back to Negombo, I will want to stay here again.

Convenience to get to from airport. Proximity to necessities and beach. It was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and the kitchen was of use.

The only downside was the internet connection which was spotty and slow at times.

Great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Big room and comfortable bed. We enjoy the balcony.
