The location, spacious rooms, comfortable, clean, nice sea views, free parking & only a ten minute walk to the sea front

Had heating in the bedrooms & lounge but other rooms were a bit cold

"Lovely place convenient and cosy for a short stay"

Great location short walk to the de la warr pavillion which was exactly what we wanted The flat was very warm and made cosy for our arrival . Perfect for a short stay. Liked the layout and parking was also easy with no restrictions

the toilet in one of the ensuite bathrooms had been removed . We used the other one , so no issue , it just would have been nicer with it back in
