"Quick break! Enjoying"

Amazing views, very clean and lovely flat . Has everything you need . Owners are quick to respond to questions. Loved the welcoming milk and biscuits, tea and coffee . The neighbours downstairs is very helpful!

Door lock stiff and key box was difficult. Needs instructions inside inside the flat for the electric shower and big Tv did not turn on , tried everything.

We stayed in Sam's flat for a short family holiday, and loved it. It is really spacious, light and airy, and is comfortably furnished. The location is great for visiting Bexhill (everything is walkable) and also other places along the coast, as it is so close to the train station. Sam is really friendly and was great at communicating with us. I highly recommend this place.

"Restful sea side stay"

Lovely spacious flat with good views .Very comfortable with good facilities .Parking good and free.Lovely views from the kitchen and dining area.

Would have been useful to have had instruction books for the Tvs and cooker .Also information about what to do in the area.Loose mat in the kitchen a potential hazard and toilet seat lid broken .

"A very nice two night stay."

The flat was in a very convenient location for our visit to Bexhill. It has a sea view due to being a top floor flat. Kitchen well equipped with the owner leaving us milk, bottled water, tea, coffee and sugar and a nice packet of biscuits which was really appreciated. The bathrooms also had complimentary toiletries. The flat was very comfortable.

My only criticism would be that there was only one toilet even though there were two bathrooms.

Great apartment, lovely view from the windows, easy to find parking, in walking distance to the beach, thanks for milk and tea and little cakes for breakfast!

in second bathroom was no toilet
