GBGBWonderful little place, charming and immaculate, clean and comfortable, superbly equipped, in a quiet side street within easy walking distance of the city centre and the railway station and all the lovely eateries on the Bishopthorpe Road (and when I say "easy walking distance", I say that as an unfit middle-aged bloke with a bad hip and a bad foot!). Plus for bonus points, there is a convenience store literally at the end of the street. Also, very friendly and helpful owners, booking could not have been easier, thank you.
What didn't I like? There was nothing about this place I didn't like! Apart from: when my booking was over, I had to return the key and go home. Wish I could still be there! I did consider hanging onto the the key and keeping the place all for myself as a private retreat, but in the end I had to admit I probably couldn't get away with that...
GBHad everything we needed for our stay, very easy to get into. Very small and compact which is all you need. Everything was clean and in good condition!
The parking was a bit hit and miss especially when it got to the late hours we had to park a walk away from the property but I understand this isn’t something that can be changed, there was a half drank red bull can behind the chair in the living room. Mattress not the comfiest.

GBLovely little 2 up and 2 down. Very clean and comfortable.
The only thing for me was the parking. I work shifts so I arrived after 8.00pm. I had to park right down the street. That's my problem though. 😃
GBGBThe house was very cosy warm and welcoming Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay .Everything clean and tidy.Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows .Linen was clean and towels were provided . Quiet area and parking available.
Staircase a little awkward at the top accessing bathroom OK for us but might be a little difficult if you were less mobile .
GBEVERYTHING. IT WAS clean tidy all equipment was there in kitchen if needed towel. Provided were lovely and clean in a nice quite area walking distance from town centre.
The bed was uncomfortable for us and not enough pillows
