Iosifina rooms, 80 metres from Episkopi beach!

Όμορφο και καινούριο δωμάτιο, αλλά χρειάζεται περισσότερη δουλειά.

Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ήταν η καθαριότητα. Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο, είχε μια παράξενη μυρωδιά, σαν να είχε καιρό να ανοιχτεί το δωμάτιο. Ωστόσο, την τρίτη μέρα που καθαρίστηκε το δωμάτιο, ήταν αρκετά πιο καθαρό. Επίσης, στο μπάνιο επικρατούσε μια δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά και κατόπιν επικοινωνίας προερχόταν από τον βόθρο που είχε μόλις αδειάσει ο υπεύθυνος. Η μυρωδιά αυτή μειώθηκε με την πάροδο των ημερών, αλλά δεν έφυγε τελείως. Ακόμα, τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες δεν είχαν καμία μυρωδιά καθαριότητας/ απορρυπαντικού. Την πρώτη μέρα βρέθηκαν τρίχες στις πετσέτες σώματος και στο σεντόνι, αλλά και ένας καφέ λεκές(σαν σκουριά) στο άσπρο σεντόνι, γεγονός που μας προβλημάτισε. Υπήρξε θέμα με σφήκες, οι οποίες είχαν κάνει φωλιές στο ένα παράθυρο, αλλά λύθηκε μερικώς έπειτα από επικοινωνία με τον υπεύθυνο, μιας και συνέχισαν να έρχονται στο παράθυρο μας. Τέλος, τα πάντα είναι εντελώς απρόσωπα, δεν μας υποδέχτηκε κανείς και όλη η επικοινωνία γινόταν μέσω του ανθρώπου που διαχειρίζεται τα δωμάτια, ο οποίος ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με τυχόν προβλήματα.

Dimensions of the apartment was a little tight for 3 people but, the vicinity to a very nice beach and the assistance of Christos (5 stars to you) made this vacation, something to be repeated. Thank you

Convenient transportation, clean apartment, beautiful scenery, and friendly people

The location is very good. Next to the wonderful beach and taverna. You have to cross a busy road, but it looks like there is a pedestrian bridge being built. We had few issues with our room not being available, but company managing the hotel down outstanding job in problem solving. So can't fault it. We will definitely return again in feature.

The location was good, close to the beach, and communication with the person who managed the property was fast.

The room hasn't been properly cleaned before our arrival. It was full of hairs on the ground, the sheets and towels probably haven't been washed (photos attached), the bathroom walls were full of dead (and alive) bugs. Spiderwebs hanging from the bedroom and bathroom ceiling, not just one or two that maybe could've been missed by the cleaners... Ants were everywhere near the fridge. When we contacted the manager regarding the durty sheets and towels we were told that they could only provide clean ones the next day because the host had other issues to attend to (if a pipe would've been broken he probably would've come... But apparently filthy sheets and towels aren't really a pressing issue for this host). We also asked for the room to be properly cleaned when they changed the sheets and towels. The next day, we got our clean towels and sheets. And that was it. The room remained just as dirty as it was the previous day. We also contacted booking customer support regarding the issue (which we recommend doing for anyone in the same situation, they were really helpful) and they spoke to the host, who told them that we could leave and get our money back for the reservation, including the first night, or we could wait for the room to be cleaned, promising us a clean room once again. We took his word and waited another day for the clean room. Needless to say, that didn't happen. Long story short, the communication with the property manager was fast and always respectful, but that doesn't really matter as long as they were empty promises, and in the end we still had to sleep in dirty sheets the first night (and use our beach towels to dry ourselves off after showering) and we had to spend all our vacation in a filthy room. Location is close to beach, apartment is cozy. The beds are exceptional :) verry nice pillows. Everithing was great and the price was verry small for what we got. Thank you!

Nice and quiet place. There is a beach nearby. Great communication with the owner. I appreciate the tips for activities in the area and the recommendation for car rentals.

The accommodation is new but not cleaned. In the apartment are dirty traces after renovation. Cabinets and tiles in the bathroom and in the kitchen were from drops of water - this remains if it is not cleaned regularly. The apartment is for 4 people, but the kitchen was equipped for 2-3 people. Cutlery and plates were missing. That's why we couldn't eat together at the same time.

New building, close to the beach, friendly service.

In the building for most of the time (week stay) there were big problems with hot water. Hot water is only from two small solar sets (for 10 rooms) and hot water is only during the sunny day, in the morning and in the evening there is NO HOT WATER. I reported the problem to the staff, but for a week I did not receive a response. Several pieces of equipment were very old (kettle, coffee maker, dryer, fridge). The shower was clogged and there was no shelf for cosmetics.
