Iosifina rooms, 80 metres from Episkopi beach!

The property is conveniently located, very clean, offers comfortable beds – better than we have at home – and is amazingly quiet despite being located next to the national road (true sound-proofing). It is a clear step above other offerings at several times the price.

The apartments is new,furniture is also new with really comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom large and clean,both terrace amazing and large with a lot of space for table and chairs and for dryer for clothes. Hotel is same as its on the pictures,even its next fo the main road there is no much noise of traffic. Tavernas are across the hotel so its super near. . Parking space is huge,location of hotel is right across the sea like it was advised about 80m from beach. Christos is a great guy,he was always at our disposal. He sent guides about Crete a couple of days before we arrived at hotel,and always checked if we are happy with the room if it was clean,if we miss something or anything else. We would definetly come again to Iosifina.

This establishment really spoiled the mood. It positions itself as a hotel, but it is a hostel... No administration or staff, the keys are left in the door - you arrive and find your room and settle in. The air conditioner did not work in the room. Contact via WhatsApp, constant promises that they will fix it tomorrow...Unfortunately, instead of changing the room, they offered to sleep in a different room every night. When I started to write angrily, I was told to sleep in my room (and suffer the heat). It is impossible to open the window, because the hostel is near the busiest place in Crete, so the noise is constant. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

In the apartment description there was a balcony, but once we arrived we just realised there was not one. No desk or chair to put your stuff and no hangers in the closet and even in the whole apartment. Wi-Fi does not work well.

Very nice, new, stylish hotel on Heraklion- Chania road, near Episkopi beach. Actually, the place is beween civilized Episkopi beach with umbrelas and wild, "" naturist"" beach. Place- excellent. Very near- taverna Syrokko with very good greek food. Big apartaments, 2 bedrooms, 2 balkonies, etc. Car parking near the hotel, in the yard.. wi-fi woks good.

A bit noisy from the road, but it's small thing. And only in a day time.

Great location, the beach is literally on the other side of the road. The apartments are newly built and look nice.

Place was newly built and we encountered technical problems: leaking tap, no cold water in the shower, etc. On the day of the check in the place was dirty, probably due to construction work. Some of the equipment was also missing and only delivered on the third day. Seems like the hosts forgot clients were arriving.
