NO INTERNET OR WIFI AVAILABLE, despite being advertised as fully available. Staff said it was available in room but the network could not be found when in the room. This is a huge downside and made things very inconvenient, particularly given how unreliable mobile internet on the island is. Bed small and not very comfortable. No soundproofing. Noise still coming from downstairs at 4am on Friday night....
