I had a amazing time staying at Bamboo ,staff were amazing very accommodating and very helpful and always smiling will to help with anything . I will most certainly stay here again .

Top Lage, besser gehts nicht. Zimmer ganz toll eingerichtet. Genug Ablage vorhanden, bequemes Bett. Toller Balkon in Grösse und Gestaltung. Wir waren im 3. Stock. Alles sauber. Für mich die beste Wahl in Hoi An

Leider kein Aufzug. Mit Gepäck nicht so praktisch. Aber deshalb kein Punktabzug.

Hanh is truly the best—so kind, patient, and always ready to help with anything you need. She made my stay incredibly comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The place is also very close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. You’ll definitely enjoy staying here.

Rooms were clean. Had a lovely balcony. Entire facility was well-maintained. Beautiful Tile with bamboo ceilings. Property was less than one block to a very nice beach with great seafood restaurants overlooking the beach We found a nice bar I across the street from the hotel that was having Karaokee that night. Lots of fun. Let us store our bags during the day in the lobby the day of check out. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Was there to let us in during a very late check-in. Gave us an upgraded room with a balcony. I want to give a special appreciation to Hanh. Thank you for your friendly disposition and assistance.

Be careful to order a room with a view. The first room we had had a small window which opened up into the hallway other rooms had no windows at all.
