Hoi An Golden Bamboo An Bang Beach Villa & Spa

Le déjeuner n’était pas compris dans la chambre, donc je n’ai pas testé. Le lit très bien la petite partie cuisine en bas sympa, mais y avait des trous dans la cloison de verre. Donc aussi chaud qu’à l’extérieur. C’est comme si on était dehors et même avec les stores il faisait quand même jour dans la chambre, mais sinon en global le reste était bien et la réceptionniste m’a aidée pour le Booking de l’avion pour la carte d’embarquement. Trang était très serviable

The location is right beside An Bang beach!

I've checked with the hotel if we could check in early (through text on Booking) and got a confirmation. However, when we arrived, we were told to wait until 2pm to check in according to their policy. Ok, no big deal, we spent some time in their spa while waiting. The actual room is much smaller than pictures on Booking. The floor was full of sand. There is no lelevator in the hotel, no telephone in the room to contact the reception. Our room was on the 3rd floor. On the second day, there was no water in our room. The tech guy only came at like 4pm because he wasn't available. As I had a wedding to go to, I had to shower in the room next door where guests just checked out (room has not been cleaned yet) Soundproof is absolutely terrible, we had to listen to the guy next door coughing non stop from 5am on Sunday. How could this possibly be a 4-star hotel?

Great value for money. The seaside is just next door, and the location is very convenient — close to the Old Town, only about 10 minutes by Grab.

Close to the beach and rooms were clean

No elevator so luggage has to be carried up and down the stairs. Breakfast could do with more variety

So close to the beach, staff was super nice and the room was very cosy 🥰

The only thing that might bother visitors is that you can hear everything going around the building through the bathroom. Personally, it wasn't a huge thing for me but if you like to stay in bed for a bit longer in the morning it might not be for you 🙈
