Lovely clean, modern and spacious villa. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. The pool was such a treat and less than 10 minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars.

"Exceptional"

The villa was perfect for us as a family of four, before we got to the villa Emilio had messaged us to let us know the location and keypad number, when I mentioned not arriving to late he even offered to get us some shopping so we had food to make, (we really appreciated this). Perfect location ten minute walk to the strip, beach, five minutes to a shop, ten minutes to Texas Rancho and only 20 mins to the airport! The villa itself was spotless and has all facilities needed to make breakfast lunch and dinner. Pool is the perfect size and floats were left which the kids had a ball with. Emilio met us to say goodbye and the first thing we asked was can we book for next year again! The sun rise was fantastic in the mornings, the villa had the most beautiful view!

Location is so close to everything! But not noisy at all

Sun tends to be gone from the pool area by 5:30pm but that’s just because of the time of year we picked too

Loved the villa, very clean and had everything and more that you needed. Communication was excellent. Bit of a hill up to it, but worth it for the views and the peace, very quiet area. Kids loved the pool, and there were extras like snorkels, floats and goggles. Will definitely return again.

Great location, with only a 10 minute walk to the main strip. The Villa itself was lovely, very clean n spacious n offered everything we needed, it was like being home from home. Great Swiming pool as well.
