Great location , very clean with everything you needed excellent communication throughout with host promptly messages back with questions ! Minor negatives needing modernising though as so clean doesn’t detract from overall value for money few bathroom shelves possibly ? V comfy beds , v clean , great location , great host would return without hesitation 👍

Pool was heated and a great facility. Villa was clean and comfortable.

10 minute walk to centre of town which was not necessarily a bad thing, it's just good to know before booking.

Property was a great size and location - quiet area but a short walk to the main strip. The property was well equipped with everything required for us and the pool area was a sun trap, especially for the time of year! Emilio was lovely and quick to respond for any questions. Looking forward to hopefully returning to stay at Casa Vedas

Amazing outdoor space that children and adults made full use of. Darts and table tennis to enjoy. The children were in pool everyday and it was great size. 6 sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun. Would highly recommend. Excellent communication from Emilio leading up to visit. His partner Veronique was on hand if any issues. As regularly visitor to Lanzarote we were fully aware of surroundings and this villa is a ten minute walk to strip. Villa in a cul de sac and nice private feeling about it.

"Wonderful, would recommend"

Excellent quiet location, just a 10 min walk down to main strip with supermarkets, bars & restaurants en route. Bedrooms were spacious & beds/pillows comfortable. Showers were powerful & hot. Each guest had sun lounger around the pool. We enjoyed the darts game (not a traditional board) but didn’t use the table tennis. BBQ was great & well equipped. Emilio was a fantastic host, best we’ve ever had when staying abroad!

Not ‘dislikes’ but worth noting - as they have been in previous reviews. There isn’t enough comfy seating for 6 people so difficult when having a night in or morning coffee. However there are 3 dining tables (2 in, 1 out) which seems like one too many. We paid for the pool to be heated but it was still too chilly to enjoy sadly.
