The property was very spacious and lovely

Plenty of space for a large group with a good sized dining table and 3 toilets

The house layout was really nice. The lounges at opposite ends of the house provided opportunities for the adults and children to have their own space. There were more than enough bedrooms, and the furniture was easy to rearrange to accommodate our needs. There were 12 of us, and not once did we ever feel crowded.

The downstairs speaker with bluetooth didn't work very well, but we had our own, so it didn't really matter There are no doors to block off the stairs if you have small children. We used the ottoman to block the door for safety. Other than that non-issue, there isn't anything I could fault.

Our whānau absolutely enjoyed the stay! Super comfortable atmosphere. The pool table was the star of the show. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

location was excellent, rooms were all good sizes, beds were comfy and warm. Bonus entertainment room was a godsend for adults n kids. Kitchen has everything you needed with a huge stove/oven. Very enjoyable stay!

Great big roomy home, plenty of beds and towels, lovely games room with big screen TV, great for family entertainment and family to gather for a drink, even has a trampoline in the backyard and a small vege garden, which the grandchildren enjoyed collecting a few of the ripened tomatoes, overall a well appointed home for family to stay in Rotorua.

It does say in the property folder in the home, that it is being renovated gradually, so some areas are not quite finished, they are relatively minor, and overall doesn't detract from your stay. We used the barbecue upstairs, found it needed to be cleaned, I would suggest asking the cleaners to check it before locking up.
