Perfect for our family, 6 adults and 7 kids. Great location. Very interested to know what is going on in the back yard, we had plenty of different ideas!!

Great set up for our group - predominantly in Rotorua for mountainbiking. Large garage for bikes. Great games room with Sky facilities for the weekend of sport.

Great place to stay, large enough for a big group, beds super comfy, and good-sized kitchen to cook in, with BBQ area on deck. Big backyard for kids to play in, but we didn't have any on our stay. House was clean with plenty of room to move around in. 1 bedroom is on the top floor as the living area, 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and 1 bedroom on the ground floor where entrance to house is and entertainment area. Large lounge area with TV and good-sized dining area with more seating on kitchen bench. The entertainment area was amazing. We watched league as they had Sky Sports, played darts and pool on the pool table, and a great setup. 1x ensuite attached to 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 2 separate toilets (with no wash basins). We are super happy with our stay. The spa pool wasn't open, but when it does, it would make it so much better. Recommend to all.

The washing machine and dryer didn't work properly, but there was a laundromat down the road really close by. The pin number on the door intermittently worked, and people would get locked out. Luckily, someone was there to open. Maybe it was just cause people are using it too much.

Everything! Most specially the entertainment room on the basement with the big tv and billiards table..Kids and the boys loved it! Very lovely house
