"Perfect location with wonderful views in a beautiful city"

11 out of 10 for fantastic views over Paduva. 10 out of 10 for location.

Bed very basic and squeaked. Nothing to welcome us in (no coffee or wine). Air con a bit lame. Water pressure not great.

Extremely squeaky floor and doors that can’t let sleep anyone if someone else in the apartment is still up.

The location and view are exeptional.

The beds were so squeaky, whenever you moved it made these awful sounds, so we really could not sleep well there. Also, the AC was not working properly, it was extremely hot inside, I understand that due to climate change, we need to be cautious with the AC, that's why at least a fan would be appreciated.

"Fantastic views, spacious apartment in great location- small details could be improved"

Fantastic location and amazing views across the city. Large double bedrooms and very clean.

Charged extra for check-in from 8pm. Had to pay an €150 security deposit which still hasn’t been returned after over a week. Hot water took a long time to come through in the shower. No welcome tea or coffee facilities which we received in the other 3 places we stayed in Italy.

"Padova hat mehr zu bieten als dieses Apartment."

Perfect view and location of course, friendly staff named Sabrina.

Interiors are dated, apartment dressed with absolutely no effort, no curtains, wooden floor is partly swollen, bed is squeaky, smelly towels and no coffee machine. But all that comes with a long list of fines if you not doing this or not doing that.. for example: if you not check in online they charge 20€ .. and they charge you 10€ every 15 min you check-out later than 10am… about 220€ a night .. I cannot recommend.

"Great views of city and beyond from comfortable flat."

Exceptional views and fantastic convenient location. Great price too. Friendly checkin.

Property maintenance was a little lacking. Flooring was coming up. Bathroom door dragged on floor. Bedroom AC did not work.

View of Padua was breathtaking Very spacious flat Staff very responsive Central location

Wifi didn’t work in all rooms. Staff tried to resolve during our stay but couldn’t. I think it will be better for others
